Order Processing Time

At Double Luxxe, we take pride in hand-pouring and carefully packaging each candle to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: All orders require 2-3 business days to be processed before shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Flat rate or free shipping on orders over $75.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional fees apply.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select locations; additional fees apply.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout the United States, excluding PO boxes.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working on expanding our reach.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team at hello@doubleluxxe.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Double Luxxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

    • Check with neighbors or building management.

    • Contact the carrier for detailed delivery information.

    • If you still cannot locate your package, email us at hello@doubleluxxe.com for further assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your candles arrive safely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging in your email.
  • We will gladly replace or refund the item.

Sustainable Packaging & Shipping Practices

At Double Luxxe, we are committed to eco-friendly shipping practices.

  • We use recyclable and sustainable materials for packaging whenever possible.
  • Please consider repurposing or recycling your candle jars after use.
